Scrimmage Requests
If anyone is caught not following the respective complex policies, they will be fined in accordance with each club’s policy, and could ultimately lose priviledges.
ISSC
Scrimmages are allowed at ISSC for
TSC Hurricane competitive teams assigned to BASC and only when there is availability and subject to field conditions.
(Note: Juniors teams in the U10 age group are also allowed scrimmages at ISSC. U9 and younger must make scrimmage requests at MTsc. See MTsc process below.) Teams must be in uniform,
have a uniformed referee, and there is a PER GAME charge of $15 for the field and $10 administrative fee (total of $25/scrimmage). Referee costs are an additional fee. Please note that scrimmages must be paid for before a field will be assigned to you.
There is also NO warm up in the goal mouth areas or teams could be subject to fines.
After this is complete you will given a field assignment. You will NOT be given a field assigment until after you have completed Steps 1 & 2 above.

Special Intructions for Weeknight games/scrimmages at ISSC
When your team has a scrimmage, special training session or an evening game your team will need to turn on and off the lights and lock the restrooms.
BASC LIGHT & RESTROOM KEY POLICY
The Home Coach is Responsible for Turning ON & OFF Field Lights and Opening & Closing Restrooms.
Email ROBERT LINDSEY rlindsey41@cox.net for the combination of the lock box to retrieve keys.
If you have a special training session or a scrimmage, the combination will be sent to you with your field reservation confirmation. The combination will be changed weekly.
PLEASE REMEMBER- you must return the key to the lock box immediately after you turn on the lights or open the restrooms. There is only one key per Lock Box and everyone is sharing!
TURN THE LIGHTS OFF! and Return the Corner Flags! (shed code: 325)
THE HOME COACH is responsible for turning lights off after the game unless there is another team ready to take the field. Leaving field lights on will result in a $100 fine. For fields 1, 2 & 3 – please turn the light switch to the ‘AUTO’ position instead of off. This allows the City to control the switch when they rent the fields.
LOCK THE RESTROOMS
THE HOME COACH is responsible for locking the restrooms.
If you leave the bathrooms unlocked, these can be & have been vandalized and BASC pays the price to have them fixed.
RETURN THE KEY
Once you return the keys, please scramble the combination & shut the lock box!
MTsc
Scrimmages at MTsc are allowed for all TSC Hurricane teams but ONLY on designated days (Mondays, Tuesdays and Saturdays) when there is availability and subject to field conditions. Teams must be in uniform and have a referee. The MTsc Complex is generally NOT available until TWO weeks prior to the start of each season as it is closed during the off season. There is a $25 fee (plus ref fees) for each scrimmage. Teams are allowed 2 per month. To request a field assignment and for additional information please see link below:

All TSC Hurricane teams are expected to adhere to respective complex policies. Please familiarize yourself with these policies. Teams, coaches, parents or players that do not follow these policies with respect to the complexes will be subject to loss of usage priviledges. We appreciate your attention to this matter.
