Club Fees

TSCH Bartlesville Club Fees (Fall 2017/18)

OSA Competitive (U11-U19 Boys & Girls) 
 
Annual Registration: $199.50 (includes home club registration, insurance, sanctioning, some administrative costs, game complex operating costs, league and event referee assignors, etc...)
 
Annual Club/Training Fees: $900 per year. (For your convenience, the club allows this to be paid in 12 monthly installments of $75 starting in June and continuing through May). This is an ANNUAL commitment. (Club Fees include coaching, training, club operating costs, website, etc...)
 
Team Expenses: These will be based on your team budget as set by your coach/team manager relative to the team's tournament plans, etc... These expenses would include items such as tournament fees, coach per diem, ref fees, etc... These expenses will be paid monthly along with your club fees.
*All fees are non-refundable.

Junior Development Program (U9-U10 B&G)
 
U9/U10 Registration: $189.50 per year
(includes home club registration, insurance, sanctioning, some administrative costs,  scheduled Junior Development League (JDL) games in Fall and Spring, game complex operating costs, referee assingors, etc.)
 
Club/Training Fees: $500 per year.  For your convenience, you may pay this in 10 monthly installments of $50 each beginning in August and continue through May). This is an ANNUAL Commitment.  (Club Fees include coaching, training, club operating costs, website, etc.) .
 
Team Expenses:  These will be set by your coach/team manager based on the level of your plans.  These expenses would include items such as tournament fees, coach per diem, ref fees, indoor, etc. These expenses will be paid monthly along with your club fees.
*All fees are non-refundable.

Junior Development Program (U7-U8 B&G)
 
U7/U8 Registration:  $189.50 per year
 
Club/Training Fees: $50 per month for 4 months. (Fall Season=August-November) (Spring Season=February-May)
(Club Fees include coaching, training, club operating costs, website, etc.). Players will need to register each season.
 
Team Expenses:  These will be set by your coach/team manager based on the level of your plans.  These expenses would include items such as tournament fees, coach per diem, ref fees, indoor, etc. These would be paid monthly along with your club fees.
