Payment and Travel:  Teams accepted are contingent on your payment received and out of town teams have made their hotel accommodations through CSTT!!

No further teams will be accepted unless we make a decision to fill a bracket.

Schedules: We plan to have schedules posted by the weekend before the event.  When you registered you indicated your preference for Gold or Silver divisions and we will make every effort to accommodate all requests.  By the same token, we reserve the right to make adjustments to ensure brackets are as competitive and geographically balanced as possible.  Local teams should expect to play on Friday evening.  Finals on Sunday could be as late as 4pm or 5pm. Traveling teams will not play on Friday.  Special instructions for team check-in for teams that play Friday will be communicated.  Please check here for additional important Team Check-In and Other Information.

Note to Coaches with mulitple teams:  We will do our best to accommodate all coaches who have multiple teams.  However, please plan to bring assistants as it will be impossible to accommodate every coach with 2-3 teams due to the size of the event!  We appreciate your flexibility and understanding as we do the best we can to accommodate as many as possible!
